It's Officially Unofficial!
We recently found out that we have to move out of our humble apartment, and we could be residing with the Thacker family as soon as July. So we put a deposit down on a brand new townhome tonight! We are so excited! It will be finished being built in November. We're pretty sure we will get it, but there are a few things that have to work out between now and then. It is super cute, located in West Jordan. It is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, two-story townhouse with a garage. We fell in love with it the minute we walked in. We shopped around for others, and this one is our favorite by far! We also love that we aren't responsible for yardwork, woohoo no mowing! (Trent said) It is a scary thing to commit to a house and mortgage, but I guess it's time to grow up!

That is great! Some builders are really hurting in the market we are in today so I hope that you guys try to negotiate everything you want out of them. Now is a great time to buyers to build for that reason. Congrats on completeing your last day at school! Wahooo!

Excellent Choice! It looks like the finishes are a higher quauality than most town homes. I will have to get all the details tomorrow. Who knows, maybe I will have to get me one of those when I get back from the mish. Just think, we could be neighbors!
I am jealous, I want a new house! Try and get an end unit(easier resale). Fun you get to pick colors and everything ;) You are growing up, fast!
So exciting... You two have been so smart with the choices you have been making with school, money, buying a home. Way to go for being so smart! We will miss having you in the ward. Will we ever see you again? I sure hope so, the boys are going to be really bummed out too. I guess you have to get your own place at some point. ;)
