Fluoride

Today in clinic time seemed to go pretty quick. It was probably because I talked with Skye half the time. We worked on each other. It was a nice practice day. We had a chance to start at the beginning and go all the way until the end. I am starting to get nervous for our first patient. Luckily I am using someone I know. Anyway, I felt like I had a good day, I practiced scaling anteriorly and posteriorly...and I polished and gave fluoride. I learned something new about fluoride, it has to stay on for 4 minutes!! Such a long time! We were doing it wrong in my office, we only did it for 1 minute. So it was good to learn.
